Upgrade from free to standard - it says I need 2 standard licences

Hilfiker Marie

Hi

I wanted to upgrade from free to standard, but it keeps on showing me "2 standard licences" (each 60 USD) so it equals 120 USD which would be premium. I can't change the number of licences and I don't know why the system wants to sell me 2 licences.

Thanks

Mary

It may be that you have multiple members in your workspace and that's why you are getting a quote for multiple users. This thread explains the billing in detail https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/How-can-I-make-sure-I-sign-up-for-premium-only-and-not-my-entire/qaq-p/2615151
