Linking to cells in a excel spreadsheet

Hi,

We are developing anITIL service cat using a confluence space and have created the detail in an excel spreadsheet - this was imported using the macro.

How do we link from a simple service description entry on a seperate page to a specific cell in the spreadsheet?

Your answer is the best fitting solution. The suggestion of JohnnyMac helps slightly, because the anchor-links are not shown while try to link to a page(s) containing the anchors. Hi JohnnyMac,

There's an add-on for enterprise spreadsheets in Confluence which allows you to create and edit tables online, then copy-paste rows or excerpts to display them on pages.

Hi JohnnyMac, My suggestion is to use the Anchor macro, create for every cell a unique Anchor Name (related to the content of the cell) This macro content could be generated by using a script where the default-parameter is the variable. The following example could be inserted between the and tags: testcel2 = the value of the anchor-name
