The description of the Global permissions isn't really clear, so how do I know which global permission that's needed for instance to be able to manually run all plans?
Or am I thinking about it the wrong way? Should I just grant plan level permission for that, and add the bamboo-users group to all plans (in bulk) and give the Build access there? But what about plans created later on - is there any way to set default plan access rights so that new plans get that same right?
