Make our helpcenter public to everyone without the need to sign up for email

Question

Currently we have created our public help center via confluence. However, every time a new external customer needs to check the our help center portal they need to sign up first.

Is it possible to have open 100% so no need for sign up for our external customers?

Hmm, I'm actually not sure then. I think that might not be available natively. I see some info about this on the Refined help center - https://help.refined.com/space/CLOUDDOCS/4704437241/Add+knowledge+bases+to+your+sites

@Amanda Barber thanks for the link. Space permissions are on for anonymous users however when a user goes to our helpcenter portal they still need to sign up with their email address. Any other recommendations?
