Pull request in draft state is merged and cannot be mark as closed

Hi

I had open pull request in draft state. I did merge in terminal and now I see that pull request is merged but still in draft state. How can I close it. I don't see such option in UI anymore.

Is there a "Mark as Ready" button on the right-hand side?
