Trello card cover formatting

Hi community!
I was wondering if there was a way to default the card cover size/formatting

It currently defaults to the size on the left, but we'd be looking to have it default to the one on the right (background):


Is this possible, or would they need to be formatted manually whenever one is added?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to set a default like you're describing at this time.
