Upgrade issues from 3.5 to 4.2.2

I recently ugraded confluence from 3.5 to 4.2.2 and now I cannot edit or copy pages of spaces which were originally done in 3.5.

When I try to copy, following error is thrown:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: The body of this ContentEntityObject ('Service Management') was 'BodyType:WIKI' but was expected to be 'BodyType:XHTML'
at com.atlassian.confluence.core.ContentEntityObject.getBodyContent(ContentEntityObject.java:201)

When I try to edit, only the page title shows. Content is not visible for edit.

This doesn't apply to pages created in 4.2.2 itself.

Any idea what could have happened in the upgrade to cause the issue please?

Hi,

It sounds ike the migration from wiki to xhtml didn't complete properly. Have a look at Re-running Migration at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Migration+from+Wiki+Markup+to+XHTML-Based+Storage+Format for details on how to manually run the migration process again.
