I am not receiving -reverification email

Question

I was using my Jira account when I suddenly received a popup asking me to reverify my account. When I clicked on 'Reverify,' another popup appeared stating:

'We sent a verification link to: [my email address]'

However, after checking my email, I did not receive any verification email. I attempted to resend it multiple times, but unfortunately, I still haven't received anything.

This is now the third day, and I am still unable to receive the verification email. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Welcome to the community, if this happens continuously i will suggest clear the history/cache and then try again and also check in the Gmail whether you have kept any filters and remove the filter or else sometimes it will appear in the spam.
