在jira的測試議題add step中，Attchments無論附件上載檔案類型為何，若檔案名稱為10個中文字(20字符)會沒有出現刪除的按鈕，無法刪除檔案，這個問題該如何解決？是jira的bug嗎?

可是這是我自己建立的test，正常來講都有其權限，其他檔名都是可以刪除的，只有10個中文字(20個字元)的檔名無法刪除
