Issue with Jira Integration in Slack

I'm dealing with an issue in which I cannot open any Jira links using the Jira Slack Integration on MacBook. I am met with the below error message

I have already tried uninstalling and installing the Jira integration again and reinstalling Slack with no luck.

Welcome to the community,After installing jira cloud app in slack you need to authorize the jira in slack post that  in jira project settings of particular project configure the slack channel

Please let me know if still facing the issue after following the steps
