Order of custom fields not showing correctly on the screen

* Cutom fields were added correctly on the add custom field 
* Screen was configured to be used for the project
* Although the custom fields were added they are all still showing at the bottom and not the order I want
* I've re-indexed also

thanks, this is now resolved. I did check on screens. The effect just took a while.

Which screen? A screen when you're creating issue or a screen when you're viewing issue?

Look in screens again. There are several screens, and all of them depends on workflow.
