jira jabber notifier configuration

I just upgraded to jira 5.2.11, and donloaded the latest jabber notifier 1.21.... When I attempt to add the new listener:

com.atlassian.jira.ext.jabbernotifier.listener.JabberNotifierListener

I get an error:
Class [com.atlassian.jira.ext.jabbernotifier.listener.JabberNotifierListener] was not found. Ensure that you have typed it correctly and it is in the classpath.

Has the class name changed from my old version?

The last version I had, the jar file was placed in WEB-INF/lib... this newest version is placed in $JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins

I had to upload the jar file for the notifier through the web interface instead of just copying it to the installed-plugins/ directory...

After uploading it, I had to enable it. Then add the listener....
