I'm trying to create a query which lists all issues with 0 logged hours. However, when i run, it excludes the subtasks effort and list down the same issues as logged hours=0. Is there a way we can achieve this.

What is the JQL that you have written?
Is this a native JQL or you are using some 3rd add-ons like script runner?
