First of all, JIRA 4.0.2 is already EOL (End-Of-Life) according to the Atlassian Support End of Life Policy page.

We highly recommend you to upgrade JIRA as it contains a lot of new features, bug fixes and most importantly it entitles you to receive further support coverage.
