Unable to change issue type scheme of an project even I am the administarator permission

Throwing the below errors-

* You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type External Ticket
* You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type Issue
* You do not have the correct permissions to move the issues from project Standard for issue type Enhancement

You should have ServiceDesk agent license. This helped me.

are you sure you have the "Move Issues" permission in the permission scheme of the related project?
