Attachment Not found in Confluence

I'm facing an issue with the attachment which some of them shows as not found like the image below:

Hi @Mkurama , please check that user that starts Confluence application has admin to read/write folder /data/confluence-home/confluence-shared/

I found this error message in the atlassian-confluence.log.

"getAttachmentData Could not find data for attachment: Attachment: image-2024-9-24_10-50-8.png v.1 (100073488) "username" - com.atlassian.confluence.pages.persistence.dao.filesystem.AttachmentDataFileSystemException: No such file for Attachment: image-2024-9-24_10-50-8.png v.1 (100073488) "username". Were looking at /data/confluence-home/confluence-shared/attachments/v4/7/6/100073488/100073488.1"

For the troubleshooting article, my confluence version is higher than 8.1.

please could you check atlassian-confluence.log file and provide us more information? Did u read the following troubleshooting article https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-resolve-missing-attachments-in-confluence-201761.html ?
