change the display name of [email removed]

The display name of notification email jira@

currently shows a former name. How can I change it?

Is this a managed account or a non managed account.

To change a display name of manged account, the origin of the account needs to be changed.

On a non managed account, you need to login to the account to be able to change this.
Accounts details can only be changed by the account owner.
