Can’t search up mirrored cards on the trello board i mirrored them to.

Jamila Azar

Hi , so I’m working on several boards. I mirrored some cards to another board but when i use the search bar to search for that mirrored card on the other board it doesn’t find it.

When I do a general search it finds it in the original board but no on the board where I mirrored it to .

is there any solution for this ?

Jamila,

We're already tracking this request once other customers have reported it. With that in mind, I’ve added you as a “+1” to our existing suggestion, which you can access here: TRELLO-933

I would also recommend you visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in. Also, when the ticket is updated by our product team, you'll be notified via email.

Also, as a workaround, you can search for the Card ID form original card:
