Spanish customer, Invoice with VAT?

Good morning,

We are a company located in Spain, registered in ROI.

We have received an invoice from you, with EUROPEAN VAT and Spanish VAT 

Unless we make a mistake, the invoice should be VAT exempt, as an intracommunity operation.

Could you please confirm if the invoice is correct, or if it needs to be modified?

In case you need our certificate of registration in the Register of Intracommunity Operators, please let us know and send us an e-mail, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Hi @mahimaabogados Manuela Hinojosa Martin welcome to the community.  I would suggest you contact Atlassian Support and choose the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option.  As this site is a user community, we're not equipped to handle billing questions, where Atlassian Support is more suited for that type of inquiry.
