Is it not possible to view changes made inside macros, in the confluence page history ?

I m trying to use macros on pages for example Text inpup and I m using the macro "Text Data". When changes are made to the content of macro, the changes are not viewable in change history of the page.

Is this just the way it is and will be ? Or is there að way to continue using these macros and see the changes made to the content in the change history of the page ?

This is not my macro, this is a standard macro in Confluence.

The thing is that I use Edit Content to change the text in these macros not Edit, which is used to change text in the body of a confluence page. Edit content is for the macros.

If I then go into "view history" for the page no changes are shown in the macro (no text changes).

I need to be able to see all changes made to that page, regardless of how the data is stored (macro or not). I have no idea how the data is stored on the database side and if or how I can manage that.

Normal user should be able to write a text into a macro (when creating a page) and not worry about if the changes are viewable in the page history or not.
