How to make a sample of the task

Hello community!

Me and my team are struggling with tasks, that are filled incorrectly or not informative. Is there any tool or life-hacks to manage settings in Jira while user creates a task?

Maybe it can be a sample, that are pre-filled, or fields?

* What do you mean when you say that tasks are filled incorrectly?
* Have you added some custom fields that are having default values?
* Do you have any automation rules that are prefilling your fields?

As for the samples, there is an option in company managed projects when you are creating a new board, there are options to create either sample Kanban or Scrum sample project with the sample issues created on the board.

For system fields such as Description and Summary, by default they cannot be prefilled.
