I removed one collaborator from the workspace and it gave an error. After I reloaded the page its no more showing that collaborator and also not letting me add a new one. There is a bug in the app - please resolve it.
While this part of the article applies to Premium/Standard accounts, it's possible you might need to wait up to 24 hours for the change to be completely made considering this is the recommendation:

After that, if it's still not working, try contacting Atlassian directly.
