I see it's been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if you ever tried using Jira’s automation rules for recurring SEO tasks like monthly audits or backlink checks. I’ve been playing around with setting custom workflows tied to tags like “on-page” or “technical,” and it’s helping my team stay on track. Curious if others are doing something similar or found a better way to manage these?

Like I already mentioned from above, this depends from your point. HOW, do you want to organize your SEO process? That is the main question.

Hey @Uzair Liaqatwelcome to the community!

JIRA can be a powerful tool for tracking SEO projects. To make it even more powerful for SEO management, you can look at Smart Checklist. It allows you to create customizable, detailed checklists for various SEO tasks like on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building campaigns. What you'll get with Smart Checklist:

* Efficient task breakdown and organization
* Customizable templates for recurring SEO activities
* Improved team collaboration and communication
* Adaptable workflows to match your SEO processes
* Data-driven insights through JIRA's reporting features

For more complex workflows (such as SEO Audit, or link building campaign) we use Smart Templates - issue templates that help you save and reuse whole issue hierarchy effortlessly, and includes Smart Checklist inside issues. It saves ton of time, makes reporting much easier, helps maintain consistency and eliminate human error. To be honest - favourite tool in our Marketing team 😌

Hope it helps!
