no access to Trello

Why, when I login to Trello, via Atlassian, do I get the message:

 

Looks like you're new here

Your work will appear here as you use your Atlassian products ? 

and no further?

Can you let us know on which URL you are seeing this message when you log in? When you use https://trello.com/, does it not open Trello directly for you?
