Selecting multiple images one by one has been exhausting in trello in our work process. A simple suggestion that makes the work much faster is to insert check boxes on the cards. Below is an example.
Keep in mind that if you are already using cloud file storage, you can link to the files instead and use the checkboxes are your cloud provider.
