Setting Due Date according to SD Time to resolution

Hi,

we are looking for a way to automaticly set due date (for example once a day) according to SLA Time to resolution from SD. Is there any way to do this? Also for clonned issues.

Hi Arthur,

i consider using groovy script for this but i dont know how to get information about SLA from script. They are not stored in any custom fields.
