Members' Initials icon not appearing. This has been on going for 2 months already. Please see screenshots below. Need assistance as soon as possible.

User can also self-resolve by logout and re-login. This would trigger a profile sync which fix the profile pic as well.Can you try to see if the issue still persists?Kind Regards
