Hello collaboration community,
as I have an upcoming challenge with following proposed combination and need help, I'd like to post this question:
Given both tools: JIRA (50 user license) and Confluence (100 user license), using JIRA as user server for Confluence having created 150 users in JIRA as following:
- 25 users only in group jira-users ("can use"-permission for JIRA)
- 25 users in groups jira-users and confluence-users ("can use"-permission for JIRA AND Confluence)
- 100 users only in group confluence-users ("can use"-permission for Confluence)
So, more general: Can JIRA (as user server) handle more than the users it's own license allows?
Thanks for any hint!
Cheers
Kai
