What does it mean that the trello premium fee is $10 per month per user? Does it mean that if a company has 8 people it has to pay $80 a month or for example only for one person who will be the administrator and he joins the rest?

Trello is free for UP TO 10 Collaborators.

If you go over 10 collaborators, you need to pay either Standard or premium.
If you go over the 10 collaborators, you will be charged per collaborator.
