Create tags in Stash

Hello,

we need to enable our end-users (release managers) to create tags when merging pull-requests into the master branch. Of course it would be an option to merge & tag using Git on the command line (or at least with Atlassian SourceTree or some other GUI), but wouldn't it be nice to have this feature in Stash?
