New Select List field in Log Work Screen or updating 'Work Description', JIRA 5.0.6

Hi,all!

I'd like to add a custom field in Log work dialog box, for example Select List "Product".

We have Jira 5.0.6. How can I do it?

I guess I can update existing field 'Work Description', but i don't know how should look sql query.

work description = select list ('values from one column in base').
