Is there a way to set the default availability to 0 in tempo teams

I am wanting to set up the Tempo default team for all tempo users so that we can get a report exported to Excel.  My question is if I use a group there is there a way to set the default availability for that team to 0%?

 

I just need an easy way to export everyone's time in one single Excel file so we can send it to Accounting.

Hi Dan

From the Account timesheet you can choose All Accounts. From there all worklogs that belong to any account in Tempo can be exported in one report. I hope this solves the issue.
