How can I find links that contain a certain string inside of them?

I want to find all the pages that contain a certain string within them.

Recently we changed URLs on a site, and we want to change all of the outgoing links on Confluence to the new site URL.

Is it possible to do a search which returns all pages that contain a hyperlink with a specific word?

No, no search and replace, but simply searching the url (and all versions of it, like FQDN and short-names) within brackets should return all pages. If you can afford downtime i would simply shutdown confluence, dump the database, and sed replace all urls, and reimport the database again. Once you restarted confluence it might need a re-index too.
