Emmanuel Katto : Why Can't I Format Quoted Text as Headers Anymore?

Hey everyone,
I'm Emmanuel Katto, Is anyone else getting frustrated with the recent updates to the editor? Specifically, I can’t seem to turn quoted text into headers anymore. It’s driving me crazy! I used to be able to do this easily, but now I’m told that quoted text can’t be headers—what happened to the old way? Why make such unnecessary changes to something that was working just fine?
Has anyone figured out a workaround for this? I'm also noticing the new header syntax is causing some weird issues with formatting. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Really hoping someone has a solution, because I’m getting super annoyed.

I wasn't able to figured it out a workaround, can you comment on the editor topic that we have? Since more people are discussing on that one we might get a different idea
