A team member has left our company and we are unable to sign into the account

Previous team member has left company and the sign in code goes to her email which we have shut down.  How can we get into the acccount?

For security reasons, that code can only be accessed on that mailbox. Is it possible to reactivate the email from your side? With that you will be able to get the code.
