Attaching photos to my cards as covers or just attachments not working.

Question

From the app on my iPhone I am not able to attach photos to any cards. When I click the Add Attachment > Photo or Video from my device option it just spins at ‘Loading’ …. This has happened more than once in the last several days. 
I’ve closed the app, gone back in and still doing it. 
interestingly it does the same thing here when trying to add a screenshot…

Please advise, thanks.

We are having this same issue on our iPads, but not our phones. Two different people, using two different iPads. Both having the same issue. We both allow have given access to photos.

Hi @Jessica Kovochich, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It sounds like it can be an app permissions issue. You can check it out by going to Settings on your phone, then Apps -> Trello -> Allow Trello to access -> Photos
