How I can get Green hopper to work, or no that its properly working?

Alex Seif

We have an onDemand trial liscence with green hopper, gliffy and confleunce.

I can use confluence and gliffy, but not green hopper, I tried to read some help, went from the project dashboard to my atlassian generated a liscence and still nothing.

You're support is greatly appreciated

Hey Alex, are you able to see the "Agile" tab? Also, check if the GreenHopper plugin is enabled.

Cheers

Hi Alex,

In this case, the best thing to do is raise a support ticket at http://support.atlassian.com. Then we'll be able to investigate it further and solve that for you.

Cheers!
