Is there a way to get the date at which the labels of an attachment has been added/modified

I need to modify certain files based on whether labels have been attached or modified on attachements.
Is there a way to access this information with the Confluence API?

I do not believe you can query on when a label was added to a page or an attachment, only if it exists or not.
