As Jira Admin, how can I list all subscribers?

I would like to have a list of users that are subscribers (i.e those who created one or more subscriptions) and the name of the filter they subscribed. Currently I only can see all shared filters/dashboards.

Any SQL can help here?

This information stored in "filtersubscription" db table.
