Dear Geeta,

The server id is in JIRA administrator menu, which will display only to the JIRA administrator

* Choose  
 > System.  Select System info on the left menu to open the System info page.
* The Server ID is displayed in the JIRA Info section of the page.

The ID of the server you're asking for a licence for, I think.
