Where did the "browse labels" option go from the Project Overview page?

Question

Some of my projects used to have a Labels button on the project overview page that would give a heatmap of the labels used in that project.

Now I can't find this on any of my projects. What happened to it? Using Jira 6.2, maybe this died in the upgrade?
