Login details are not recording in JIRA

Hi,

we are using JIRA 6.4.3, and we have integrated JIRA with Single Sign On(SSO) server - User login to JIRA using their digital certificate(do not use username/password for login) - this integration does not record user login details

Is there any way to enable user login details?
