If something is a Presentation (Request Type field) it will require the Presentation Date and Presenter(s) field to be filled in. How do I make it so any other Request Types dont make those 2 fields (date and Presenter) mandatory? Issue type is separate from Request Type in our system.
That is what the JIRA Field Configuration is forĀ https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/associating-field-behavior-with-issue-types-185729484.html. They won't be greyed out, but you will control what are required (red asterisk) based on issue type.
