Auto attendant loop on no button press?

When requesters ring and get the "press 1 for x, press 2 for y" voice prompts  - is there an option to do something when they don't press anything? Currently it just hangs up the call, would be good to see if we could either:

• Play the voice prompts again
• Direct the call to a support team

Thank you for contacting the Opsgenie community. We understand you wish to have some enhancements with the auto attendant on incoming call integration. 

Unfortunately this is not available as a feature as of now. But, we do have an open feature request for this that you can find here - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1779. 

I would like to suggest that you both vote for this issue and leave a comment to express your thoughts and provide additional information. This will increase its visibility to our development team. Please also be sure to watch it, so that you are notified when this is fixed in a future release.
