GreenHopper upgrade - sprint marker migration

Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the list of issues that are assigned to more than one sprint before upgrading or migrating GreenHopper to JIRA Agile?
I want to identify the issues that will be affected by the migration before hand, so I can plan which boards to migrate first.

I contacted support but they were not able to help. The info is in the database but which tables should be queried?

I recieved an e-mail from support with a query that is referenced in this  article that gives you the issues on non-started sprints.

The query needed to be adapted for my database system, and I didn't spend the time on it since I had already completed my test migration by brute force :(   We identified with the project administrators the key or main agile boards for each project and migrated those first.
