Hi Nikhil,

I have some related questions:

- Is it possible to enable a Rovo trial, without letting our current Atlassian users to know about it?

- Can we enable it only for a group of people? I assume it should work as any other Product Access configuration from other Atlassian tools.

- If the first one is not possible, can we enable it for sandbox?

We are not sure if Rovo would be worth enough for our needs, so trying it out could be an option, but we don't want to bring new features to users, that could later be removed.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I scheduled a call - quite short notice, I'm aware, but the scheduler allowed me to - to find myself alone in there.

Currently, Rovo is scoped to a site which means all users in a site will have access to Rovo.
We are working on bringing Rovo to sandboxes. In the meantime, you can follow the steps mentioned here to try out Rovo on a test instance - https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/test-drive-rovo-with-your-organization/
