Include page macro makes image map not work

I have a page with an image map (created via html-bobswift). When I use the Include Page macro to include the page's content in a different location, the image map is not longer clickable. It renders the image fine, but none of the hotspots are present.

Certain page macros are not able to render other page macros.  You will need to reach out to BobSwift and confirm but I would assume that their page macro is not support within the include page macro delivered by Atlassian.  Not all of Atlassian's page macros will render through the include macro.  If you want to include that on the page you will need to add it to the page directly.
