is it possible to create checklits in confluence ?

We would like to use checklist in confluence. currently we use excel to create checklist.

There are items to verify in each row and a column to answer if the item is OK or KO and un column to explain why there is or not a problem.

Then another column for the redactor of the document to answer and explain the correction that will resolve the problem.

We would like also that the checklist could be configured to display or not some check depending on some settings. and also we would like some statistics about the result of the checklist (number of ok and ko for instance)

Maybe confluence is not the correct atlassian tool and there is another one to do this ?

Sorry for the delayed answer. May I recommend Didit Checklists for Confluence? It's an app on the Altassian Marketplace built to create Confluence checklists. I have to be honest, I did not really understand your use-case that you currently perform in excel.

Please be informed that with the suggested app, you can add notes, view checklist template stats as shown in the image below.

The audit log additionally displays the time of each change along with the user who made it. I hope this would be solve your problem. The app is free to trial for 30 days. You can make publicly available versions of the checklists and paste it on to Confluence. Test it out with our sample Windows 10 Computer Build Checklist

thanks but I have feeling that this kind of checklist is just a list with a box to check whereas I'm looking for a way to fill "OK or KO" and be able to add a comment to explain the KO.

if the checklist is a reading sheet i need also a way for the autor of the read document to fill its correction proposal and so on.
