Unable to Authenticate Trello Bot with Google Chat Room

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up the integration between Trello and Google Chat. When I add or mention the Trello bot in a Google Chat room, I receive this message:

"You haven't authorized with any Google Chat teams yet. To get started, add or mention the @Trello in a room you'd like to send alerts to."

I've tried mentioning @Trello in the room multiple times, but the response I get is:

"Trello for Google Chat @Trello help: for more information and help. @Trello reset: to unlink your account."

It seems that my account isn't authorizing properly, even though I've followed the instructions to add the bot and authenticate.

Here are some additional details:

• I am using a Workspace account.
• I have attempted to reset the integration by using "@Trello reset," but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this?

Can you try the steps below to reset everything and see if it resolves the issue?

To reset everything and start over, you can follow the steps below:

1- Clear all data for the Google chat powerup in Trello, by clicking the Power-up icon on the board > settings > remove personal settings >  Clear data
2- Disable Google Chat powerup in all Trello boards you have enabled.

3 - Revoke Trello for Google Chat (and Hangouts if you have one) in the Applications section, by clicking on your avatar icon on the right top side >  settings in Trello

4- Revoke Trello Hangouts/Google chat app in Trello In Google chat:

• Remove the app & integration from the spaces
• Direct message Trello
• @Trello reset (if this time works)
• Uninstall Trello

 
If all goes fine with the above, try to reinstall the Trello app in Google Chat again following the steps:

• Install Trello
• Direct message: @Trello 
• Authorize with Trello
• Add the Google chat Powerup to a Trello board
• Add @Trello to the spaces you want in Google chat
