Labels list for all spaces

Question

Hello dear Community,

In our Confluence environment, we've ordered major topics into separate spaces.

To enhance user navigation we would like to be able to have a labels list that has the labels of all these spaces, in a similar manner to the existing labels list macro for a single space.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated,

Thank you for pointing me in this direction. We're not using Cloud however. So the React version of the labels list macro is not directly applicable to the Velocity-macro's in our datacenter version. There's quite the difference in possible library includes, which make the code a lot harder to exchange.

Hi Dick,

In your case, you need to resort to user macros for Confluence Cloud. There's an app that lets you create such customizable macros, User Macro for Confluence Cloud. On top of that, it's got a suitable Multi-Space Labels List macro in Library. Once you've installed it, you can

* Find the app on Manage Apps page > Data Management section in the sidebar menu
* Open it and go to Library
* Copy the macro and use it in Confluence
